We deliver worldwide!

• Every order placed before 6pm will be delivered the same day.  Orders placed after 6pm on friday will be delivered on  monday. (Please note we do not offer a Saturday delivery)
• If you are away from the delivery address the courier will leave a card allowing you to pick up the order from the depot or post office.
• The buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes charged on entry to the country (could be on non european countries). These are levied by the international customs and totally out of our control.
• All prices are "Flat Rate". This means it doesn't matter the number of items you buy, you will just pay once.
  
• Every order has a tracking number available at your account, so you can follow your order.

* For the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, there is only the postal service available.

    Rest of the world

*Any charge due to customs will be paid by the client.

RETURNS

TrillerStore accepts returns within 15 working days from the date in which you received your order.

We do not accept returned items unless they are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.

All delivery charges will be paid by the customer returning the goods. This includes your charges to send the package back to us, and the rate you paid when ordering your products.

In case TrillerStore sent you a wrong item (in colour or size) or in case it is not in good condition, we offer you two possibilities:

1) Returning the goods : As soon as we receive the package, we will give you your money back.

2) Change your item: You will receive a 10% extra coupon for this change.

In both cases, delivery charges will be paid by us.

In case an order is delayed due to external problems such as bad weather conditions, strikes, custom controls at your country, or accidents, we can not give any kind of refund.
